The combination of a 24-hour reception and 24-hour security made me feel welcomed and safe throughout my visit, catering to my late-night arrival seamlessly. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to both the Ernakulam South Metro and the railway station, making my explorations hassle-free. While the breakfast options were quite basic, the overall hospitality from the staff, who assisted us during a minor room mix-up, made for an impressively pleasant stay. The clean and calm atmosphere of the hotel provided a perfect retreat after a day spent soaking in the vibrant surroundings.
